Deflection

I slept good last night., so I was surprised on how exhausted that I am today, is this Journal Entry will be short. I did get some shopping and walking today.

I keep thinking about my trip and topic that I still need to cover, but I will work on those thing the next few days. A

Although I am exhausted today., I can tell that my time in Scotland was good for me. The trip did lift my emotions, and that is good, since I was really feeling that I was in a rut before I left. Basically, I feel that I was dwelling on bad issues that I will have to deal with currently and/or in the future. As good as I am feeling, I feel that I can deal with these issues in a more positive positions. Since a trip like the does give a person a more worldly point of view on stumbling topics.

Since this trip has gone so well for my, it seems like I should be thinking about my next trip, and maybe I am. Since I am feeling more positive about life, it is these type of trips that make a difference,

People might ask about what it is like traveling abroad, and this is a. good question. I found that the traveling by plane to include to extra items that traveling in the states. 1) a person needs an up to date passport, and 2) the flight are a whole lot longer. The comments come since I had no problems with customs in both Scotland or the USA. There was no language barrier in Scotland, and, by using a credit card, there was no problems getting around. Since I dressed like many of the Scots, I would stated that I fit so well in t there culture that at times they did not even know that I was from the USA. It is kind of a blessing. If any one feels like traveling aboard, I would recommend that they just do it, since life is short. If there is one down side traveling to places like Scotland, It would be the exchange rate for from dollars to pounds with a loss of 35 percent in the exchange. Although I know that the exchange rate is the 35 percent for using an ATM, the cost might be lower by just ending the credit card, and most places do take credit cards.
