It has been a long hot summer, and we are not even close to getting to the end. I can always remember that the Walworth County Fair can be hot that is over Labor Day. The are stating that the weather temperatures over the Pacific Ocean are changing, but I do not remember do not remember how or when the temperatures might changes. When I was living in Iowa, they stated with the brown wheat fields this time of year in the center of the country absorbs the heat making it hotter than it would be if it was in native grass. It is hard to state what is true.
As in my essay below, I have finding that the changes to the US Constitution, since the Framers drafted it, have brought out frustrations in the our country. The Framers had a good background for writing a constitution that has lasted 250 years.
I cannot wait for cooler weather. Next week I have scheduled to spend a day along Lake Michigan, and I hope that it is cooler, but at least I will be able to walk on the sandy beach bare foot. At this time of year, the parks are really booked.

Essay
When I created my blog, it is about how the US Constitution has deflected since it was ratified, based on the changes in our society. But, after working on this topic, the big story is how the Constitution has been changed, and how these changes has impacted our daily lives. If certain items in the Constitution were not changed, then we would not see the frustration that we see in our government. From the Founders point of view, they were looking at more of a republic than what it is today. This is such a big topic that a book can be written about it, and this essay is only going to cover the main points.
The Framers felt that only property owners should vote, since they had major interest in the sovereignty of the country. By looking at this from today’s terminology, they have “skin in the game.” By looking at our society today, it still feels that those that own property have a real interest in this country, and those that do not own property have more of a right to influence our government. It seems natural that non property owners feel that they have more of an impact on the government, since feel like they have nothing to lose and only a chance to impact the government. However, by looking at today’s society, women that own property would be allowed to vote.
If property owners voted, our society would look much different today. With everyone one would want to buy property so that they could vote, there would be more townhouses and condominium. With the high demand for property, property prices would be high. There would be more responsible laws coming out of congress. And, with a high number of property owners, the protesting would probably diminish, and the streets would be safer to walk around on at all times.
United States Senators were chosen by the state and the state legislature would ratify their appointment. With the states ratifying senators that had an interest in government, like Eon Musk for example, they were to focus on providing good legislation for our country and not on politics, as seen in today. With the senators being interested in getting reelected, this is a down fall in our government.
With the senator being elected, this does mean that the United States Judges are coming from the political party that has the majority of members in the senate. This is not what the founders wanted to take place in our government.
With the US Judges being drawn by political party, this leads to some judges massaging the words in US Constitution. In Addendum Ten, legal issues not written in the constitution shall be come the responsibility of the states. Case in point is the abortion becoming a federal law. If Addendum Ten restricts local legal issues from becoming a federal law, then how did abortion become a federal law? With the founding fathers ratifying the Tenth Addendums just after the Constitution was ratified, then they would have never allowed abortion to become a law. And, if the US Supreme Judges would have followed the intent of Tenth Addendum, then there would have be a lot less protesting in the streets.
The Framers had a good understanding of government. James Madison was known as the author of the Constitution, since he had time to study governments at home before the Constitutional Convention based on his education and experience. Thomas Jefferson was sending him books from France and England. The Framers also knew what did not work in government, like George Washington stated that there would never be a king here in the United States. Therefore, as the Framers worked on drafting the Constitution, they basically came up with more of a republic than a democracy, with only the president and the house of representatives being elected. They were looking for a stable government that would last forever.
If the Constitution was as the Framers drafted it, we would probably living in a more peaceful world. With property owners voting and the senator being responsible to the states, this stability would lead to less demonstrations in on the streets. Furthermore, the property owner would be heard by the president and house of representatives, so people would feel like they are being heard. As for the non property owners, they would probably be trying to find ways to buy property so that they can be heard.
The chances of this government going back to the vision of the Framers seems to be bleak. Every liberal in this government refers to the Constitution as a democratic, and they believe that they get their power from the voters, with this statement probably being true.
Currently, it seems like we live in this world of chaos. Where property owners that have an interest in our government are not heard, and where there is fighting between the political parties. Some judges are massaging the laws instead of ruling on the words in the laws. Although these changes in the Constitution can be pointed out, the Constitution, so far, is good enough to serve for 250 years and that is not bad. However, if the Constitution was chanced back to the way that the Framers wrote it, it would be better for each citizen, and it would add to the survival of the Constitution.
