I am still next to Lake Bruin, and I can sit at the table in the trailer and look across the lake through the cypress trees with moss hanging from their branches. This has been a nice site to spend a few days. I guess that I am here at the correct time.
I spent Thanksgiving here by myself. There are campers here, but there are many open sites. I did not have a conversation with anyone. I walked around the park a couple of times to get my exercise in for the day. I try for thirty minutes of walking per day.
When I went to the grocery store to pick items for a Thanksgiving meal, it became obvious that a turkey dinner was not going to work in my trailer; therefore, I bought a sirloin steak. My dinner was a sirloin steak, backed potato, and a sweet potato pie. Well it was not perfect, but it worked.
I pray that everyone else is having a good Thanksgiving. Tomorrow, I plan to move further south, since the future weather shows that the nights are go be getting colder, and I am not real comfortable in the trailer with cold nights.
