For those that have been watching the NASA get back into space, there is a big difference between the preference of Boeing and Space X. After watching a Tech Map video, it becomes clear that Boeing is a woke company and Space X is not. The out come is that Space X has made several trips to the space station in the last four years, and Boeing has their first space capsule at the space station delayed on it trip back to earth. The difference is staggering.
During the spring semester at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1979, a speech professor came into the classroom stating that affirmative action was the best thing that has happen in the United States. Although one of the students asked even if the person with minimal qualifications that was promoted was place in the corner because they could not handle the position, the professor state that it would help our society. All of the students looked perplexed, since they did not know what she was referring to at that time. Today, it is clear that affirmative action was set up to bring the minority up in the society, without understanding the responsibilities of the money that they earned. Consequently, forty-four years later, Boeing is following affirmative action and they are having problems with their entire company.
According to Elon Musk, “there are too many non-technical managers at Boeing he wrote Space X CEO highly values leaders and managers with extensive knowledge in the field they are pursuing I strongly believe that all managers in a ethical area must be technically excellent managers in software must write great software or it’s like being a Cavalry Captain that can’t ride a horse. Boeing on the other hand does not follow this principal instead it forced diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI). DEI essentially has a positive purpose as it promotes the representation and participation of different groups of individuals including different ages, races, and ethnicities abilities, disabilities, genders, religions, cultures, and sexual orientations; however, in Boeing this policy has lost it good nature gotten into the melting point to serve the toxic culture chasing nepotism promoting incompetent people in highly specialized position like management or flight crews in the cockpits has led to plummeting standards in manufacturing and operating process the fall of Boeing and the strong rise of Space X have brought government people down ti earth given its amazing partner known for safety and engineering.” It is apparent that Space X is promoting the best person for the position.
In contrast, the Starliner has been in development for 10 years, and SpaceX’s Dragon only took 6 years to develop, with the Dragon making six flight in the past four years. The competitive edge of capitalism has made a difference with Space X leading the way with safe flights.
Boeing has been plagued with manufacturing issues for years. As for the military, the KC-46, Pegasus, is a prime example, with the contract signed in 2008 for delivery in 2017 and finally in 2022 acceptable aircraft were delivered. The biggest issue was the refueling boom, but the plane was pledged with software issues, unable to tie cargo down in the interior of the plane, material and debris left in the plane structure, and unable to fuel the A-10 Warthog. The B-737 Max was designed with the engines lower than the previous models causing to the plane to pitch up faster with two planes stalling after the take off. This computer software problem caused the plane to be grounded with the flying public not having a secure feeling about flying in the plane. Boeings Starliner is now in the public view for technical, including the main issue with the current flight being hydrogen leaks, and the crew spending extra days at the space stations. It seems as though Boeing is having issues in every phase of their manufacturing.
It is so clear that these woke companies have deflected for what the Founding Fathers has envision in a capitalist government. With competition, the Founding Fathers were envisioning businesses to compete with each other to build products that would surpass the companion bringing the best products forward. Space X is living the envision of the Founding Fathers, and Boeing has falling behind. “Game over! NASA boss [Bill Nelson] finally declared Boeing Starliner is too bad… Can’t beat SpaceX.“
