It was cloudy/windy all day with the high temperature of 55 degrees. It might as well been a gloomy day, since I was inside all day.
It was an other long day at the clinic today. I started at 7:00 in a one hour sessions on physical fitness, then another hour sessions with a physical therapist, and an hour session on nutrition, and that was just the first three hours. Then I got to see the sleep doctor. We talked for a while, but will wait until I see a psychiatrist on May 10 to regulate my medication. The problem is that I am ruminating too much, but I have medication so that I can fall a sleep. But, with it seeming like I wake up at 4:00 every morning, I then ruminate and cannot fall back to sleep again, and I was hoping to start adjusting my medication today. Then after lunch was kind of interesting. I got a chance to talk about DNA that would tell me if I was at risk for any diseases related to DNA. With the longevity in my family, it seems like I do not have much to worry about. They are offering two packages for testing. One for $950 and the other for $350. Since I have enrolled into a research program for DNA cancer testing, I felt that I would wait on the results from the research before I think about this DMA testing. I then went and had my hearing tested and it has not changed much since the last two years, so I am not worried about my brain MRI testing for the benign tumor. I then had an ultra sound of my abdomen, since I have been bloated more lately. The ultra sound did show that I have gallbladder stones, but I will have to wait to talk to the gastroenterologist. I finished with a CT scan of my heart for calcium. That was my big day, since it left the clinic at 5:00. Since I am feeling worn out with a minor headache, I am goin got call it an evening.
